The Xbox 360 is Microsoft's second console, following the Xbox. It was released in late 2005. Reputable for Xbox live and riddled by the curse of the Red Ring Of Death. It has many versions, Ranging from the Core, Arcade, Premium and Elite bundles. It features Wireless Controllers, USB ports and Wireless 801G Transmitter (In certain models) and an interchangeable Hard Disk Drive. It reads DVD disks but a HD-DVD add-on can be obtained for a high-ish price.
Guitar Hero
The Xbox 360 has all of the console version of Guitar Hero with the exception of the original Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s. Starting from Guitar Hero: World Tour, more peripherals are added to the list of buyable instruments, a microphone and drum set.
In Guitar Hero 5, the player can also play any instrument using his Xbox 360 Avatar.
